Description
Honoring its humble and historic beginnings, the collectible 40th anniversary P226 is resemblant of the original full-size handgun developed by SIG Sauer® in 1984 for entry into the XM9 Service Pistol Trials.
Complete with original style packaging, user manual, and limited-edition History of the P226 booklet, the 40th anniversary P226 pays homage to the MK25 adopted by the Navy SEALs and DEVGRU in 1989. The P226 continued its legacy as it began its entry in FBI training courses as well as countless law enforcement and international military agencies. 40 years, dozens of models including the P226 LEGION, and hundreds of Hollywood movie features later, the P226 remains one of the most iconic SIG Sauer pistols in their rich 250 plus year history.
