Dried Black Beans, Eggs (Egg White, Whole Eggs, Corn Starch, Xanthan Gum, Beta Carotene), Plantain Chips, Tomato Powder, Garlic, Tomato Flakes, Poblano Peppers, Cilantro, Dried Scallion, Dried Shallots, Sea Salt, Grapeseed Oil, Annatto Powder, White Wine Vinegar, Lime Juice Powder (Citric Acid, Lime Oil, Lime Juice), Coriander Seed, Black Peppercorn, Cumin Seed, Whole Cloves, Dried Oregano

Directions:

  • Tear pouch open and remove oxygen absorber and plantain pouch
  • Add 3/4 cups (175mL) of boiling (yes, boiling) water to bag
  • Stir and reseal; hang out for 10 minutes; think about how big the universe is
  • Open; add plantain chip; stir again; eat; smile
  • Rehydration will take longer at higher altitudes
