Traditions 1853 Enfield Musket Rifle 58 Cal. Rifled Muzzleloader

The 1853 Enfield was used in the Civil War by both the North and the South. The Confederates imported more of these guns during the war, and towards the end of the war, more than 75% were armed with the 1853 Enfield. It was the second most widely used rifle behind the 1861 Springfield Musket. The original (as with this reproduction) had a 39" barrel and was fastened to the stock with three metal bands. This model is also known as the three band model.

This rifle is an authentic reproduction made with high quality, premium metal and wood finishes as well as hand-oiled wood stocks. Approved by the North-South Skirmish Association (N-SSA), it's perfect for shooters, hunters, enthusiasts, collectors, and those performing re-enactments.

  • Single trigger
  • Fixed front sight
